Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days.

Orders are processed on weekends and holidays also but it might take little more time if traffic is heavy , or in case of customized order extra shipping charges will be applied.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Order tracking will be provided via mail within 5-10 hours of order confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation call/message once your order has confirmed and ready for delivery.

Damages

Verdantgogreen.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if its managed and shipped by third-party as per your request. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
